A smoothie full of vitamins is exactly what we need to spend the cold days. We love fresh drinks in the summer, and in the winter we add some ingredients for a wintry taste. Too busy to be in the kitchen every morning? It is ready in no time!
- 300 gr frutis: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 200 ml yoghurt
- 1 spoon linseed
- 2 spoons honey
You can freeze your freshly bought raspberries and berries, but let them melt on time. This is tastier in the winter! Need a colder drink? Then you can also throw frozen fruits in the blender.
Mix the ingredients with the blender and mix them finely, then pour it into a Ball Drinking Jar. These jars are supplied with lid, so also ‘on the go’ a great alternative as healthy breakfast!
